Pharmacist – Nahdi Medical Co. – Riyadh

Comprehensive Position Overview & Organizational Purpose:

Nahdi Medical Company is seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join its retail pharmacy operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing professional healthcare advice, dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications, supervising store team performance, and ensuring operational excellence and sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties:

– Store Management: Ensure daily store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal guidelines (staff appearance, uniform, temperature, and storage conditions) and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

– Pharmacy Operations & Dispensing: Review and interpret physician orders, dispense prescriptions, and provide comprehensive patient counseling on dosage, side effects, drug interactions, and medical equipment handling.

– Sales & Customer Service: Monitor key sales targets and customer satisfaction levels, manage register reconciliations, identify cross-selling opportunities, and supervise retail store staff productivity.

– Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local pharmaceutical standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

– Educational Requirement: BSc in Pharmacy (Strictly required by law).

– Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a retail pharmacy or clinical environment.

– Technical & Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Mandatory fluency and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
