Ansar Group is looking for a Floor Manager . This is an assistant-level retail manager for the shop floor, supervisors, merchandisers and sales staff.
**About this vacancy**
You keep the floor running, hit monthly targets and handle customer issues. You also watch stock, displays and sales reports, and you work with suppliers and marketing on promotions.
**Key responsibilities**
Supervise section staff and set rotas.
Train staff and serve customers when needed.
Check product display, cleanliness and garment presentation.
Take inventory, place orders and check transfers and GRN.
Review daily sales, best sellers, ageing and basket reports.
Visit the warehouse or clearance stock once a week.
Run weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Send absence, lateness and leave reports to HR.
Support marketing campaigns and magazine promotions.
Meet local suppliers and do a monthly market visit.
Apply store safety and security rules.
**Requirements**
Retail floor or supervisor experience.
Customer service and sales skill across the product line.
Point-of-sale and stock-report knowledge.
Organised follow-up.
