Home Centre is looking for an experienced Senior Store Associate – City Centre – Muscat in Muscat, Oman.
This full-time shop-floor role is based at Home Centre in City Centre Muscat. The senior associate helps customers complete their home-furnishing shop, gives clear product advice and keeps the selling floor organised, stocked and welcoming. Home Centre is Landmark Group’s home brand and operates stores across the GCC and beyond.
About the role
The job mixes customer service, product knowledge, till work, stock checks and housekeeping. It is a good fit for a retail professional who already knows how to greet customers, protect stock and keep a large home store looking ready for trade.
Key Responsibilities
Give accurate product information and learn the brand, range and store standards.
Greet customers promptly and courteously when they enter the store.
Guide customers through the store and the right departments.
Handle customer needs, requests and questions professionally.
Help grow the store’s customer base.
Understand and apply the returns policy.
Keep a positive attitude and work well with colleagues.
Follow customer-service standards taught in training.
Report to work on time and inform the store in advance if late or absent.
Operate cash tills and use store reports correctly.
Follow the correct process for ordering and transferring goods.
Stay alert to safety and security, including theft prevention and lost-and-found rules.
Keep the section, back store, break area and displays clean and tidy.
Check stock daily so featured and regular items stay available.
Follow visual-merchandising and store-image guidelines set by the Store Manager and VM team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Retail or customer-service experience is strongly preferred.
Good product-knowledge, communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work store rosters and follow cash, stock and security procedures.
