Max Fashion is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser – Mall of Oman in Muscat, Oman.
This role makes sure in-store visual merchandising at Max Fashion, Mall of Oman, is set up correctly and stays on brand. The merchandiser implements new-season displays, supports brand updates and works with marketing and the territory VM manager so the store looks consistent with other Max locations.

Max Fashion is Landmark Group’s value fashion brand. The visual merchandiser turns brand guidelines into real store displays across different store formats and departments. The work is hands-on and detail-led.
Key Responsibilities
Execute in-store visual merchandising displays to the required standard.
Implement new-season setups and brand updates in store.
Work with marketing and the territory VM manager to keep brand image consistent.
Guide the store on VM implementation for large, medium and small formats and for individual brand areas.
Review customer feedback and mystery-shopping comments on seasonal VM and help improve execution.
Who this role is suitable for
This role suits a retail display specialist who can build windows and floor sets accurately and work with store teams without losing brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
NVQ or similar certification in retail display, or a graduate degree in any field with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of fashion retail display, store formats and brand guidelines.
Good coordination skills with store, marketing and territory VM teams.
