**About this vacancy**
You advise on digital and IT strategy, investment choices and partnerships. The department designs and governs Aramco’s digital and IT strategy so it matches long-term business aims. This is a senior advisory seat, not a help-desk role.
**Key responsibilities**
Shape digital and IT strategy against business priorities and new technology such as AI, cloud and cybersecurity.
Brief senior leaders on market, competitor and technology shifts.
Model digital and IT investments, including cost, risk and return.
Design how strategic programmes are run and tracked with KPIs.
Turn priorities into roadmaps with technical teams.
Benchmark global practice and adapt it to Aramco’s operating and regulatory setting.
Assess capability gaps and recommend skills, technology or process changes.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s in digital and IT, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, communication engineering or software engineering.
Master’s in a related IT, engineering or business field. PhD preferred.
15+ years in digital or IT, including strategy advice, market intelligence and technology roadmaps in large organisations. Energy or industrial preferred.
Deep skill in at least one of data and AI, telecom, computing (cloud, edge or HPC) or ERP.
Track record advising executives and running market-intelligence work.
Able to use planning tools, financial models (Excel, SAP, Power BI) and investment measures such as ROI and NPV.
