You handle static equipment and piping on an operating gas plant: studies, design changes, technical support and standards. CAESAR II is listed as required, not optional.
**Key responsibilities**
Give day-to-day support to operations and maintenance on piping and static equipment.
Review project proposals and detailed design for new and existing facilities.
Prepare static and piping design packages for site modifications to company standards.
Run and review piping stress analysis.
Check piping and flange material selection.
Lead management of change and confirm performance after changes.
Guide in-kingdom and out-of-kingdom design contractors.
Join standards reviews so field safety and efficiency are covered.
Look for operating improvements that cut cost.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised programme, static-equipment specialty.
10–15 years in static mechanical engineering.
Strong static and piping design practice.
CAESAR II experience or certification required.
Working knowledge of API and ASME codes for standards review and plant modifications.
Able to support integrity and reliability of piping and static equipment.
