**About SEHA**
SEHA runs public hospitals and clinics in Abu Dhabi. Laboratory supervisors run a section of the clinical lab: blood bank, chemistry, haematology, microbiology or a multi-section service, depending on the card.
**About this vacancy**
You supervise daily laboratory operations in the assigned section. You keep testing, quality and staff performance to accreditation standards. You report to the laboratory manager. UAE National is stated on the title. A DOH laboratory licence is normally required to practise.
**Day-to-day work**
Assign work, check results release, watch turnaround time and QC, coach technologists, handle analyser issues, and escalate clinical or quality problems. You support audits, competency checks and section planning.
**Key responsibilities**
Supervise laboratory operations in the assigned area.
Monitor staff performance and section quality indicators.
Support strategic planning for the section.
Keep documentation ready for accreditation review.
Follow DOH and hospital laboratory policy.
**Requirements**
UAE National, as stated on Job 5605.
Clinical laboratory qualification and DOH registration or eligibility.

Accredited-lab experience preferred.
English for laboratory records. Arabic useful.
