Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Are you an IT and analytics professional with a strong understanding of financial modules and enterprise resource planning systems? Alfardan Group is seeking a dedicated Application Engineer to join its automotive division in Doha, Qatar.
In this strategic technology role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, understanding dealership workflows and financial accounting modules, supporting end-users, and leveraging data analytics and AI tools to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
1. Application Support & System Optimization:
– Manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise systems, specializing in automotive DMS platforms like Autoline (Keyloop) or similar ERP software.
– Provide essential day-to-day user support, training, and technical troubleshooting across financial modules and dealership workflows.
– Investigate and resolve software issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting:
– Utilize BI dashboards and data extraction techniques to generate financial and operational insights.
– Assist with internal reconciliations, audits, and data integrity checks to guarantee system accuracy.
– Leverage emerging AI tools to enhance data extraction, reporting efficiency, and business analytics.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to align software applications with business goals and workflow requirements.
– Document system configurations, user manuals, and technical procedures.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
– Professional Experience:
* Minimum 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in application engineering, software support, or ERP management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
– Skills & Practical Expertise:
* Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems, Autoline (Keyloop), or similar automotive DMS platforms.
* Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, processes, and general ledger structures.
* Familiarity with BI dashboards, database structures, and AI-driven analytics tools.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
