Position Overview & Role Purpose:

Are you an experienced, safe, and reliable professional driver looking to support a premier retail network? Azadea Group is seeking a dedicated Driver to join its team in Bahrain.

In this essential logistics role, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles or trucks to safely transport goods, materials, documents, and staff to and from specified destinations, ensuring efficient daily business operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Transport Duties:

1. Vehicle Operation & Transportation:

– Operate company cars, vans, or trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods, materials, and designated personnel to various destinations.

– Plan optimal travel routes, monitor traffic conditions, and ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Compliance:

– Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, tire pressure, and brake conditions.

– Ensure vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and regularly serviced in line with company schedules.

– Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations at all times.

3. Administrative & Record Keeping:

– Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery receipts.

– Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.

Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:

– Academic Credentials:

* High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.

– Professional Experience & Licensing:

* Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or retail environment in the region.

* Valid local driver’s license (Bahraini driving license or transferable GCC license) with a clean driving record.

– Skills & Personal Attributes:

* Excellent knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic routes across Bahrain.

* High standards of punctuality, integrity, safety consciousness, and professionalism.

* Good communication skills; professional proficiency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
