**About this vacancy**
Full-time Dubai corporate / retail development post. You source and review new brand-partnership opportunities, keep the acquisition pipeline accurate, and support commercial papers, pitch timing and onboarding plans. You work with the VP Buying and cross-functional leads. This is not a shop-floor sales job.

**Day-to-day work**
You track target brands and inbound interest. You keep the pipeline current. You prepare or refresh pitch material so it goes out on time. You sit with buying, finance, legal and operations as a deal moves from long list to terms. You help structure the first commercial view and the later onboarding plan when a brand is approved. You report status monthly. Fashion, jewellery and home can all sit in the same pipeline.

**Key responsibilities**
Source and review new brand-partnership opportunities.
Map and update the brand-acquisition pipeline.
Support pitch decks and stakeholder presentations.
Work with buying leadership on short- and long-term brand plans.
Help commercial terms, negotiation support and contract process.
Build onboarding project plans for new franchise brands.
Share business plans and follow the approval path.
Review new-brand and concession performance with the team.

**Who this role is for**
A luxury or premium multi-brand retail business-development or buying professional. International multi-brand exposure is expected at senior Insignia acquisition level. Confirm seniority on the live 24/09 card (manager vs head).

**Requirements**
Retail buying or business-development background in premium/luxury.
Strong fashion and market awareness.
