Talabat is looking for an experienced tMart Order Picker in Cairo, Egypt.
This warehouse role supports Talabat Mart order preparation in Cairo. The picker selects items, checks quality and helps keep orders accurate so customers receive the right products quickly. The work is shift-based and suits people who are reliable, organised and comfortable in a fast retail or services environment.
About the role
The job is operational and physical. Typical work includes picking items from shelves, checking stock condition, following warehouse instructions and keeping the workspace organised. Talabat Mart is part of Delivery Hero’s local delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately according to warehouse instructions.
Check item condition and report stock issues when needed.
Follow shift schedules and workplace safety rules.
Work independently while staying aligned with the store team.
Support daily warehouse flow so orders leave on time.
Who this role is suitable for
This role suits candidates with a high-school certificate or equivalent who can follow procedures, stay disciplined and work in shifts. Previous retail or services experience is useful but not always required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum high-school certificate or equivalent.
Punctual, responsible and able to work independently.
Previous retail or services experience is an advantage.
Ability to work a shift roster.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly base salary listed at EGP 8,350. Shift-based working week, training support and a team environment, as per company policy.
