Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Supervise day-to-day offshore production operations, hydrocarbon processing, safety management, and field maintenance activities across offshore facilities (PS03) to deliver production targets safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Oversee daily offshore production and processing operations to ensure optimal hydrocarbon output and continuous plant availability.
– Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) standards and safe operational procedures offshore.
– Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to plan and execute routine, preventive, and emergency work orders.
– Monitor facility performance, manage process upsets, and ensure compliance with operating limits and safety integrity systems.
– Supervise, mentor, and guide offshore technicians and contractor personnel on shift duties.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: Bachelor degree or technical diploma in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering, or equivalent operational qualification.
– Professional Experience: Extensive experience in offshore oil and gas production facilities and supervisory plant operations.
– Core Skills: In-depth understanding of hydrocarbon production operations, safety management systems, emergency response coordination, and process troubleshooting.
