About the role
The deputy runs a section of the store, uses KPIs and commercial tools, and covers the manager when needed. Team scheduling, onboarding and floor standards are part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Own a store area across product, people and performance.
Support the store manager on customer care and sales targets.
Use KPIs and sales analysis to improve results.
Handle placement, replenishment, deliveries and stock.
Organise rotas against trading need.
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
Cover daily operations when the store manager is away.

Qualifications & Requirements
Positive attitude, strong communication and high commitment.
Czech at a high level and English at a medium level.
Retail leadership experience is expected for a deputy-manager post.
