Position Overview & Role Purpose:
As a Sales Assistant in Leeds, you will be at the heart of daily store operations across Inditex fashion brands. Sales Assistants style each customer interaction, maintain store standards, and ensure an engaging, efficient customer experience across physical store departments.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Customer Service: Greet, assist, and provide style recommendations to customers on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
– Store Operations: Help maintain store visual presentation, stock replenishment, inventory processing, and cash desk operations.
– Dynamic Shifts: Work across varied shift patterns including opening shifts, mid-day shifts, evening closes, and weekend trading days.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:

– Availability to work flexible hours and weekend shifts aligned with retail trading hours.
