Alshaya Group operates a large portfolio of international retail and F&B brands across the Middle East. COS is the fashion brand on this card. You work on the shop floor in a UAE COS store and represent the brand to the standard Alshaya and COS require.
**About this vacancy**
Store sales associate. You serve customers, build product knowledge, protect stock and help the store hit sales. You work alone and with the team. Long periods standing, light-to-medium lifting and basic till / system use are part of the job. Mall hours include evenings, weekends and peak seasons.
**Day-to-day work**
Greet and serve customers. Advise on product. Keep the floor and stock presentation to brand standard. Process sales on the till. Watch shrinkage risks. Restock and tidy as directed. Handover to the next shift.
**Key responsibilities**
Give full service and an enjoyable shop visit.
Maximise sales on shift.
Keep product knowledge current.
Minimise stock-loss risk.
Represent COS to brand standard.
Complete manual shop-floor duties safely.
**Who this role is for**
Someone who already likes fashion retail service and can stand a full mall shift. Prior retail or customer-service experience helps. Not a head-office buying post.
**Requirements**
Passion for customer service.
Able to stand for long periods and lift light to medium loads.
Basic IT / till skills.
English for customer service. Other languages useful in UAE malls.
UAE work eligibility.
