Emirates is the Dubai-based airline in the Emirates Group. This outstation role covers passenger handling for EK flights in Riyadh: check-in, boarding, special services, baggage, ticket desk and the Emirates Lounge.
**About this vacancy**
You deliver airport service to Emirates standards and guide team members so flights leave safely and on time. Shift work follows the flight schedule.
**Key responsibilities**
Handle check-in, transfer, special services and boarding to procedure.
Brief staff, control hand baggage and complete post-flight coupon and head-count checks.
Monitor chauffeur-drive arrivals and departures for eligible customers.
Watch baggage-hall delivery, priority bags and mishandled-bag follow-up for premium customers.
Manage check-in queues, excess baggage, visa issues, delays and denied boarding.
Cover the check-in supervisor when absent
