Emirates is seeking motivated and technically proficient pilots to join their growing team as Direct Entry Captains for A350 or A380 aircraft. Candidates must deliver excellence and meet strict flying hours and certification criteria to operate within their fleet.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Total Flying Time: Minimum 7,000 hours total flying time in multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft (operating seat time in turboprop/turbojet only; excludes simulator, P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston time).
​Recent Flight Experience: Minimum 150 hours in the past 12 months on Airbus FBW as a Captain.
​Licensing & Medical: Valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical certificate.
​Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 5 or above.
​Specific Fleet Requirements:
​For A380: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW wide-body (A330/A340/A350/A380) and currently flying as Captain on an Airbus FBW wide-body.
​For A350: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW (A320/A330/A340/A350/A380) and currently flying as Captain on Airbus FBW.
​(Note: Airbus FBW excludes A220).
​Required Application Documents: CV, Passport, ATPL with current type-rating, Class 1 medical certificate with no limitations (except visual corrections).
​Salary & Benefits:
​Tax-Free Total Package: Up to AED 1,185,000 (~USD 320,000) annually.
​Take-Home Cash: Annual AED 575,000 (~USD 155,000); Monthly AED 48,000 (~USD 13,000) based on ~85 flying hours/month.
​Perks & Allowances: Company-provided accommodation with utilities, education allowance (AED 52,250 primary / AED 79,750 secondary per child up to 3 children), 42 calendar days annual leave, confirmed annual leave Business Class tickets (upgradeable to First Class) for crew and dependents.
