Burjeel is looking for an experienced Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
This senior clinical role provides obstetric and gynecology care, including laparoscopy and high-risk pregnancy cases. The posting is for female physicians. Burjeel is seeking consultants or specialists who are already board-certified and licensed, or eligible, in the UAE.
About the role
The physician manages antenatal, intrapartum and gynecology patients, performs relevant procedures and works with nursing, neonatology and theatre teams. It is a good fit for an experienced women’s-health specialist who wants to practise in a large Abu Dhabi hospital group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultant- or specialist-level obstetric and gynecology care.
Manage high-risk pregnancy cases in line with hospital protocols.
Perform laparoscopy and other relevant procedures according to privileging.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to plan delivery, theatre and postnatal care.
Keep clinical documentation complete and support quality and patient-safety standards.
Take part in on-call or rostered clinical cover as required by the hospital.
Who this role is suitable for
This role suits a female obstetrician-gynecologist with laparoscopy and high-risk pregnancy experience who already holds, or can obtain, a UAE licence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Female physician.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant or Specialist.
Board certified.
Licence: DOH, DHA or MOH.
Experience in laparoscopy and high-risk pregnancy cases.
