About the role
The associate represents the brand, converts browsers into buyers, follows the GUEST selling method (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank), promotes Club Apparel loyalty, and keeps merchandising and stock standards set by the store manager.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and help them choose the right product.
Convert window shoppers into buyers.
Promote the Club Apparel loyalty programme.
Follow company selling standards.
Stay well groomed and keep product knowledge current.
Work extra hours during sale periods.
Keep displays to visual merchandising guidelines.
Keep stock loss low and follow clearance norms.
Support store maintenance and presentation as assigned.

This role suits a fashion retail sales associate who can work mall hours and sales peaks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Retail or customer-service experience is preferred. Strong freshers are sometimes considered.
Presentable grooming and clear communication.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including sales periods.
Ability to learn POS and stock routines.
