In this active customer-facing role, the Beauty Advisor is responsible for representing the brand, maximizing store sales through expert product recommendations, demonstrating make-up techniques, and ensuring seamless Point of Sale . Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will maintain high visual merchandising standards, drive repeat sales via loyalty programs, and deliver an elevated retail shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

1. Sales Maximization & Customer Engagement:

– Greet customers warmly and identify their specific beauty or skincare requirements to recommend the right.

– Demonstrate professional make-up application techniques and suggest product linkages to increase overall basket value .

– Convert window shoppers into active buyers through proactive product demonstrations and expert brand knowledge.

– Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to build customer retention and generate repeat store visits .

2. Point of Sale (POS) & Billing Operations:

– Manage billing counter operations efficiently, including starting/ending shift cash tallies and balance reconciliations

– Process customer payments accurately across multiple methods (cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits)

– Issue official purchase receipts, handle valid product returns/refunds, and process customer change correctly

3. Store Operations, Stock Management & Visual Merchandising:

– Maintain visual presentation standards, stock layouts, and store display norms as instructed by store leadership

– Record inward and outward inventory movements and maintain accurate stock reporting to minimize shrinkage and stock loss.

– Maintain high standards of store housekeeping, cleanliness, and product hygiene at all times

– Maintain constant vigilance regarding store security and loss prevention standards

Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:

– Educational Background & Knowledge:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (No formal degree required)

* Sound understanding of varied cosmetics products, skincare trends, makeup tools, and accessories

– Experience & Practical Skills:

* Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics advising, or makeup application within a fast-paced retail environment in Kuwait/GCC.

* Hands-on familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) software, cash handling, and register balancing.
