Nail Beauticians act as manicure/pedicure technicians specializing in nail artistry, including painting, airbrushing, and polishing fingernails and toenails. They evaluate nail conditions, perform grooming, provide care advice, and promote products through live demonstrations while adhering strictly to tool sterilization and safety standards.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Execute all tasks related to manicure and pedicure treatments.
​Remove old polish, shape/smooth edges, soak nails, soften and trim cuticles.
​Assess nail condition to determine the appropriate treatment.
​Apply white paste/pencil to undersides, polish, and apply chosen varnish.
​Maintain tool sterilization equipment and uphold safety and hygiene protocols.
​Recommend, demonstrate, and promote nail care products and additional beauty services.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Technical Skills: Proficiency in manicure, pedicure, nail artistry, painting, airbrushing, and polishing techniques.
​Safety & Hygiene: Knowledge of proper tool sterilization, sanitization, and service safety procedures.
​Industry Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of current nail products, techniques, and trends.
