Comprehensive Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Alshaya Group is seeking a qualified Pharmacist for Boots in Kuwait to ensure that all customers receive safe, legal, and effective pharmaceutical services. The role requires prioritizing the best interests of patients at all times, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring advice given by the pharmacist and their assistants accurately reflects clinical and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Provide professional pharmaceutical care, guidance, and safe medical recommendations to customers.
– Understand local practices and customer expectations within the operating market to deliver expert retail pharmacy services.
– Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and legal standards while maintaining excellent customer care.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant retail pharmacy experience.
– Licensing: A valid local license to practice pharmacy.
– Language Skills: Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage).
