𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Deliver engaging lessons that inspire students. Work as part of a team to plan lessons that meet curriculum requirements. Liaise with colleagues and work with parents. Support pastoral needs as a form tutor. Organise classroom provision and create a positive learning environment. Plan, prepare and present sessions for the full ability range. Motivate pupils and assess progress. Use assessment data to inform planning. Manage behaviour in line with school policy. Support school events and run a weekly extracurricular activity. Contribute to the wider life of the school.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Excellent teamwork and communication. Clear understanding of the British curriculum. Classroom management and positive relationships. Ability to motivate and assess students. Reflective practice.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent. Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the English National Curriculum. Experience in more than one international school preferred.
