𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Provide support for individual pupils and groups inside and outside the classroom. Assist in the implementation of individual education programmes. Support pupils with additional needs. Help maintain pupil records and prepare displays. Support class teachers with photocopying and other tasks. Provide academic assistance, group and individual instruction as prescribed by the teacher. Monitor and check pupils’ work. Keep pupils on task and supervise in classrooms and other locations. Participate in behaviour policy and promote self-esteem. Discipline misbehaviour in line with school policy. Support health and safety.

English language skills according to the school curriculum. Passion for teaching and commitment to the whole child. High level of professionalism. Positive and solution-focused attitude. Respect for all members of the school community.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

UAE National with a minimum secondary school certificate or Bachelor’s. At least two years experience in a school setting. Previous experience working with students for whom English is not the first language preferred. Clean enhanced DBS or police check required.
