Al Tayer Motors is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Operations Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role implements marketing strategies and plans for the allocated Al Tayer Motors brands in order to generate maximum awareness, exposure and goodwill.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to marketing and brand management strategies so that results support the overall business plan of the allocated brands.
Execute marketing plans that strengthen brand image and increase customer enrolment and satisfaction.
Monitor brand performance within the business unit and work closely with Brand Managers to keep overall brand performance and image consistent with company and principal expectations.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed and control corporate identity manifestation across the dealership.
Analyse competitors’ activities in communication, pricing, packaging and planning relative to Ford strategy.
Monitor showroom activity and manage the prospecting process for showroom traffic.
Develop below-the-line brand strategies and implement measures that increase brand presence.
Plan the annual calendar of vehicle displays according to allocated budgets, ensure proper display and branding, and track customer interest and sales generated after each display.
Develop and execute product display plans that meet marketing objectives, selecting strategic locations, timelines and presentation concepts while staying within budget.
Organise production of branding materials needed for promotional activities.
Manage the showroom appearance covering product layout, POS materials, branding and external signage.
Work regularly with the advertising agency to translate marketing requirements into creative executions.
Provide periodic reports and analysis to the Marketing Operations Manager on marketing initiatives, showroom traffic and customer mix.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration with additional qualifications in Marketing.
3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
