As a Sales Associate, you will work individually and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximize sales. You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, minimize stock loss risks, and represent the brand to the required standard.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service individually and collaboratively to create an enjoyable shopping experience and drive sales.
​Product Knowledge: Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of products to assist customers effectively.
​Inventory & Brand Standards: Help minimize stock loss risks and represent the Foot Locker brand according to corporate standards.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Competencies: Genuine passion for customer service.
​Physical Ability: Capability to perform manual duties, stand for long durations, and handle light to medium lifting.
​Technical Skills: Basic IT skills.
