This permanent mid-senior fashion role (Job No. DIAVCP) runs the Disney store at The Avenues. Applications close 30 September 2026.
About the role
The manager drives sales, cuts stock loss and controls store costs. Coaching the team and keeping the store inside company rules is part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise store contribution through sales, shrinkage control and cost management.
Motivate and develop store team members.
Ensure the store follows company regulations and procedures.
Use numbers and analysis to run the floor.
Build internal and external working relationships.
