Agility is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Agility Logistics Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This on-site corporate role is the coordination point for Agility’s KSA pipeline. The manager tracks opportunities across the group, links government engagement to delivery, and gives leadership a single view of status, owners and risks.
About the role
The job sits between senior government work and operating-company execution. You keep the KSA opportunity tracker current, chase OpCo actions and flag delays before they hit delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker in Power BI or Excel.
Track status, ownership, timelines and dependencies for regional projects.
Record government and stakeholder engagements and next actions.
Prepare monthly leadership updates and dashboards.
Follow up with operating companies so meeting actions and deadlines are met.
Flag delays, resource gaps and strategic risks early.
Keep project data and relationship history intact when priorities change.
Who this role is suitable for
This role suits a project manager who already works across a conglomerate, consulting firm or logistics and infrastructure group in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is highly preferred.
6–8 years’ project-management experience, preferably in a conglomerate, consulting or logistics/infrastructure setting.
Strong knowledge of the KSA business landscape and Vision 2030.
Familiarity with Saudi ministries and international organisations.
Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic.
Advanced Power BI and Excel (lookups, pivots, dashboards).
Ability to hold senior leaders to deadlines without direct line authority.
