Amazon is looking for an experienced Construction Manager, Construction Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This engineering-team role manages industrial construction for Amazon’s network. Projects include new fulfilment centres, sortation centres, delivery stations, support buildings and quick-commerce shops, plus retrofits and tenant improvements. The role is based in Riyadh with 40–60% travel in Saudi Arabia and other MEATR countries.
About the role
The Construction Manager is Amazon’s main contact with developers and general contractors. The work runs from site selection through contract execution and links construction with the teams that equip and operate the building. It mixes construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction of new FCs, SCs, DSs, auxiliary buildings and quick-commerce sites, plus renovations at existing buildings.
Support network-infrastructure implementation.
Review job budgets, programmes and contractor bid packages and fix discrepancies.
Work with internal customers, consultants and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
Act as Amazon’s representative with developers and general contractors.
Integrate construction with the teams that furnish, equip and operate the sites.
Travel domestically and across MEATR as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
2 to 7 years of project supervision or real-estate development experience, plus an engineering bachelor’s degree, as listed on the live posting.
Ability to be based in Riyadh and travel 40–60% of the time.
Comfort with industrial construction, contracts and multi-stakeholder delivery.
