ADNOC Drilling is looking for an experienced Specialist, Drilling (Cementing II) in United Arab Emirates.

 

This specialist role supports drilling cementing operations on ADNOC Drilling rigs. The work includes cementing activity linked to unconventional drilling and testing, such as underbalanced drilling, multilateral wells and multi-stage frac operations.

 

About the role

 

The specialist provides technical support so cementing jobs are planned and executed to operational and HSE standards. The role sits in a field-rig environment and is a good fit for drilling or well-services professionals who already know cementing in complex well types.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Support cementing operations on assigned rigs.

 

Contribute to unconventional drilling and testing activity, including UBD, multilateral wells and multi-stage frac work.

 

Help plan, monitor and review cementing jobs so they meet programme and safety requirements.

 

Work with drilling, well-services and rig teams during job execution.

 

Identify operational risks and support corrective action.

 

Keep technical records and handovers accurate.

 

Follow ADNOC HSE and operational procedures at all times.

 

Who this role is suitable for

 

This role suits a drilling or cementing specialist who is comfortable on rigs and has already worked on complex well-construction or well-testing programmes.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Relevant drilling, cementing or well-services experience at specialist level.

 

Knowledge of cementing operations and unconventional well activity.

 

Ability to work in a rig-based ADNOC Drilling environment.

 

Strong HSE awareness and technical communication skills.
