Home Centre is looking for an experienced Store Associate_Home Centre_BCC – Bahrain in Bahrain.
This full-time shop-floor role supports Home Centre at BCC Bahrain. The associate helps customers choose home products, keeps the selling area tidy and supports daily store operations. Home Centre is Landmark Group’s home-furnishings brand, with stores across the GCC, Egypt and India.
About the role
The associate is the first point of contact for many shoppers. The work covers greeting, product guidance, replenishment, housekeeping and teamwork with other store staff. It is a good entry or mid-level retail role for people who like home products and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and help them find furniture, décor and home products.
Share basic product information and direct customers to the right area of the store.
Keep assigned sections clean, stocked and ready for sale.
Support replenishment, recovery and visual standards set by the store team.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when needed.
Follow cash, security and health-and-safety rules.
Work store rosters, including weekends and peak trading days.

Qualifications & Requirements
Retail or customer-service experience is preferred.
Good communication and a customer-first attitude.
Willingness to work full-time store hours in Bahrain.
