Adecco Group is looking for an experienced Onsite Recruitment Manager in Foucheres, France.
This is a renewable 6-month contract with Adecco Onsite. The role sits at the client site and covers recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day administration of temporary staff. Reactivity and flexibility are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and organise onsite recruitment activity.
Source and pre-select candidates through available channels and build partnerships with local schools, training bodies and employment services.
Welcome and onboard temporary workers at the client site.
Handle the administrative management of temporary staff.
Support and follow the professional path of temporary workers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Successful experience in recruitment and a strong interest in HR, skills development and social innovation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite at a client location and handle both recruitment and administration.
This role is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, renewable.
Salary & Benefits:
Around EUR 27,300 to 29,900 gross per year including 13th month, plus about 5% variable linked to individual and team targets, as per company policy.
