Qatar Airways is looking for an experienced UX Lead in Doha, Qatar.
This role leads the strategy, design and delivery of customer-focused digital experiences across the retail eCommerce ecosystem and other customer-facing channels. The aim is to create simple, engaging and high-converting journeys that improve customer satisfaction and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX strategy and design across customer-facing digital platforms, including the eCommerce website, mobile and other digital retail touchpoints.
Work with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts and technology teams to define experience requirements and turn them into practical digital solutions.
Guide research, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, usability testing and validation work.
Turn ideas into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
Create visual and interaction designs that work well on mobile-first, responsive and omnichannel journeys.
Use customer insights, analytics, usability tests and behavioural data to improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion.
Find customer pain points and design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience leading UX or digital product design for customer-facing websites, apps or eCommerce platforms.
Strong skills in research, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing.
Ability to work with Marketing, Loyalty, Product and Technology teams.
Experience designing mobile-first and omnichannel retail journeys.
