Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking an energetic Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service across its dining outlets. The role involves taking orders, offering menu recommendations, serving dishes promptly, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction in line with luxury brand standards.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Welcome guests warmly, explain daily specials, and assist with menu selections and dietary requirements.
​Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the point-of-sale system.
​Deliver orders promptly while adhering to luxury table presentation and service protocols.
​Maintain table cleanliness, clear used tableware, and assist with dining area setup and closing routines.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: High School Diploma or certification in hospitality or food service.
​Experience: Prior experience as a server or waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
​Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, menu knowledge, multitasking, and strong point-of-sale operations experience.
​Languages: High fluency in English; Arabic or additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
