Grant Thornton Bahrain is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead organizational operations with significant financial and operational responsibilities.
​Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business operations and execute strategic growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, shareholders, and market participants.
• Ensure sound corporate governance, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance (specifically capital and liquidity obligations).
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to expand business footprint.
​Requirements & Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, asset management, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management/leadership position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university or relevant professional qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
