Emirates is hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its world-renowned Cabin Crew team based in Dubai. Cabin Crew members represent the airline’s global brand, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and exceptional service on flights across six continents.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Deliver high-end hospitality and personalized customer service onboard flights.
​Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew, and aircraft according to international aviation standards.
​Perform pre-flight safety checks and manage emergency procedures when necessary.
​Assist passengers with cabin luggage, seating, and special requests.
​Collaborate effectively with a diverse, multinational team on every flight.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: Minimum High School (Grade 12) completion or equivalent.
​Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
​Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
​Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 160 cm (5’3″) and an arm-reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
​Grooming: No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates Cabin Crew uniform (cosmetic covers are not permitted).
​Eligibility: Adaptability to relocate to Dubai, UAE, and capability to work in a dynamic, shift-based schedule.
