Emirates is hiring a Cabin Services Assistant to organize, hygienically clean, and personalize the A330/A380 Shower Spas, ensuring First Class customers enjoy a premium onboard experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness across lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas to present a positive company image. This role focuses on dedicated cleaning duties and does not overlap with normal Cabin Crew service roles.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Manage inventory control functions and ensure amenity products are fully stocked in correct quantities.
​Pre-check, clean, and stock amenity items in the Shower Spa and lavatories prior to passenger boarding.
​Clean and sanitize the Shower Spas promptly after each customer use following the CSA Checklist.
​Personalize Shower Spas based on the Shower Spa Reservation System schedule and prevent unauthorized entry.
​Maintain clean and tidy lavatories, passenger cabins, and social areas.
​Report equipment defects, safety hazards, suspicious items, or unusual noises/behavior to the Purser or nearest crew member.
​Report for duty on time, follow uniform regulations, and adhere to the chain of command.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
​Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider. Experience in hospitality housekeeping is an advantage.
​Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.
