Talabat is looking for an experienced Sr. Specialist Real Estate & Construction in Salmiya, Kuwait.
This role supports commercial site expansion. The specialist finds locations, negotiates leases, works with legal and finance, and follows construction and fit-out progress so new sites open on time and on budget. Experience in F&B, dark kitchens or quick-commerce expansion is a strong advantage.
About the role
The work covers the full site journey: sourcing, deal structure, lease paperwork, budget follow-up and build-out shadowing. The specialist is the link between landlords, brokers, legal, finance, procurement and construction. It is a good fit for someone who can run several property deals at the same time and keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
Source new sites through direct outreach, brokers and real-estate networks.
Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, property managers and brokers.
Draft, review and finalise Letters of Intent.
Work with legal counsel on lease drafting, review and execution.
Work with finance on business cases, budget approvals and CAPEX/OPEX tracking.
Coordinate with procurement on vendor onboarding, equipment and fit-out materials.
Act as the main contact who removes blockers and pushes tasks to completion.
Support construction and facilities teams during fit-out.
Monitor site progress against lease terms, timelines and budgets.
Liaise between landlords and construction teams when site issues or delays appear.
Read architectural layouts and blueprints with confidence.

Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years in commercial real estate, retail expansion, property acquisition or a similar role.
Experience in F&B, dark kitchens or quick-commerce expansion is a major plus.
Proven lease-negotiation experience.
Strong project-management and organisation skills.
Ability to work across legal, finance and construction teams.
