Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Execute specialized mechanical maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical equipment, static and rotating machinery, and systems across offshore oil and gas production facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous plant operation.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Perform routine preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on diverse offshore mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating machinery.
– Troubleshoot complex mechanical faults, conduct diagnostic inspections, and execute precise repairs in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards.
– Ensure strict adherence to offshore safety rules, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
– Coordinate with maintenance planners and supervisors to requisition spare parts, tools, and technical resources required for scheduled jobs.
– Complete work documentation, maintain equipment service history logs, and support turnaround and shutdown activities offshore.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: Trade Certificate, Diploma, or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
– Professional Experience: Solid hands-on technical maintenance experience within the oil, gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sector, preferably in offshore environments.
– Core Skills: Strong proficiency in reading mechanical engineering drawings, using precision measuring tools, and executing mechanical overhauls.
