**About this vacancy**
You keep accounting records, check source documents and prepare reports that show revenue, cost and financial position. You work in Excel, follow internal controls and keep financial data confidential.
**Day-to-day work**
Enter and document transactions. Prepare asset, liability and capital entries. Reconcile differences. Audit supporting papers. Draft balance sheet, profit and loss and special reports. Check payment documents before disbursement requests. Answer procedure questions from policy. Back up accounting files as directed.
**Key responsibilities**
Research and analyse accounting data for management.
Summarise financial status in standard reports.
Recommend actions from the numbers.
Maintain controls and confidentiality.
Reconcile accounts and support payments.
**Requirements**
Accounting or finance background suited to an entry-level revenue and costing seat. Confirm degree and years on the live card.
Excel skills.
Problem solving and analysis, as listed on the card.
English for reports. Arabic useful in Jeddah.
Saudi work eligibility.
