NMC Healthcare is hiring a Director of Nursing for Royal Womens Hospital in Abu Dhabi. This executive leadership position is responsible for the overall administration, strategic planning, fiscal management, and quality assurance of the hospital’s Nursing Department.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Direct overall administration of the Nursing Department and maintain nursing care standards.
​Participate in the Hospital Management Executive Committee to develop organizational strategies, policies, and operational goals.
​Formulate, review, and update written nursing policies, standards of care, and standing orders.
​Oversee departmental operating expenses, capital budgeting, and resource allocation.
​Lead recruitment planning, staffing requirements, performance appraisals, and nursing staff development.
​Candidate Requirements:
​Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license under the relevant regulatory health authority.
​Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration/Management.
​Certifications: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
​Skills: Proven executive leadership, strategic decision-making, budget accountability, and change management.
