Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Commercial to drive business growth, maximize commercial revenue streams, and optimize portfolio management across its operational footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute commercial strategies to boost profitability and market presence.
Oversee tenant/partner mix, leasing structures, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer intelligence to identify strategic expansion opportunities.
Direct financial performance monitoring, revenue forecasts, and commercial budget planning.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure maximum asset performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is preferred).
Experience: 8+ years of commercial leadership experience within retail, real estate, or large-scale corporate environments.
Skills: Strong contract negotiation, financial modeling, strategic thinking, and leadership capability.
Languages: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
