Majid Al Futtaim is actively recruiting a qualified Finance Manager / Financial Controller under its UAE National Talent Initiative. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing corporate financial planning, performance management, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic variance analysis.
​Oversee general ledger accounts, trial balances, and financial closing procedures.
​Prepare executive financial statements, performance reports, and board presentations.
​Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and internal audit policies.
​Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
​Partner with business unit leaders to drive cost optimization and strategic investments.
​Candidate Requirements:
​National Status: UAE National (Emirati) with valid family book.
​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA) are highly preferred.
​Experience: Proven leadership experience in financial management, controllership, or senior audit roles within large corporate environments.
​Skills: Advanced financial modeling, strategic analytical capabilities, and excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
