King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for its Physical Rehabilitation Department in Riyadh. The role delivers advanced physical therapy services, supervises junior staff and students, and supports clinical quality improvement and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review physical therapy requests and patient medical history to design customized treatment plans.
• Plan and administer evidence-based physical therapy programs to relieve pain, improve mobility, and prevent long-term disability.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
• Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient objectives and complex cases.
• Provide clinical supervision, peer reviews, and performance inputs for junior therapists, residents, and interns.
• Assist with staff orientation, scheduling, clinical audits, and department quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid professional registration in country of origin and active registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
• Grade 09: Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Grade 10: 4 years as a Senior Physical Therapist or Grade 09 equivalent experience, average performance appraisal of at least 3.5 over the last 4 years, and 100 cumulative CME hours.
