Responsible for managing and supporting digital platform services and solutions throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle. This includes requirement gathering, analysis, quality assurance, and testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and third parties to enhance platform capabilities and support strategic business initiatives. Combines project management capabilities with strong analytical skills to ensure successful implementation and optimization of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management: Lead project planning sessions (scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements). Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
Platform Management & Support: Oversee the deployment, operation, and optimization of digital platforms. Conduct testing of applications/new features and manage relationships with third-party service providers/vendors.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate workshops to document business/technical requirements, prioritize them, and align them with strategic objectives.
User Experience & Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to introduce features that enhance user engagement and conduct benchmarking for usability/performance.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Oversee regular updates for websites and applications while keeping up with emerging digital platform trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a related field.
Certifications: Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are a plus.
