First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Director of Private Banking focusing on the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) segment. The role aims to drive AUM growth by delivering tailored wealth management, investment, and private banking solutions to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) NRI clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW NRI private banking clients across the GCC and global corridors.

Provide consultative asset allocation, wealth planning, fiduciary structures, and credit solutions tailored to NRI clients.

Build strategic relationships with wealth advisors, family offices, and business leaders to generate referrals.

Ensure full adherence to local and international cross-border compliance, KYC, and AML guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5–8+ years of successful private banking experience managing NRI wealth portfolios with a proven track record in AUM growth.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of global investment products, cross-border financial regulations, and strong relationship management capabilities.
