Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC)
Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is looking for an experienced Accountant in Dubai to handle general accounting tasks, financial reporting, and complex ledger reconciliations. The candidate will ensure reliable internal financial controls, monitor department budgets, and oversee routine accounting activities to drive organizational efficiency.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Prepare timely management reports and oversee complex account and bank reconciliations.
​Audit transactions, post general ledger entries, and supervise routine monthly closing procedures.
​Coordinate with administrative, operational, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments for timely book closures.
​Assist with annual budget planning, monitor expenditures, and implement variance corrections.
​Maintain internal controls, financial security, and departmental policies while identifying workflow automation improvements.
​Prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
​Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and corporate finance functions.
​Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP finance modules and proficiency in MS Office.
​Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, confidential handling of sensitive data, and effective communication skills.
