Joining the Field Services team to assist with oil and gas well drilling supervision and execution. The position involves working alongside engineering teams to deliver high-performance directional systems and drilling tools at the wellsite.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Supervise drilling operations and deliver Directional Systems services at the well site.
​Develop and demonstrate proficiency in required Directional Drilling skill profiles.
​Complete technical training modules and assigned well site development programs.
​Maintain strong internal and client relationships with a high level of professionalism.
​Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies, legal guidelines, and core values.
​Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: Graduate degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
​Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Directional Drilling.
​Skills: Good mechanical aptitude, basic understanding of MWD (Measurement While Drilling), and relevant product line training.
