Admin & Shift Supervisor (Part-Time Night)

Adecco Group is looking for an experienced Admin & Shift Supervisor (Part-Time Night) in Burago di Molgora, Italy.

This part-time night role sits with a team serving a major international e-commerce client. The supervisor manages administration of temporary workers on site, monitors service quality and prepares the reports required by Adecco and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and track the service delivered to the client, including required reporting.

Handle and record issues related to temporary workers in line with internal policies and procedures.

Support the client in managing temporary workers across local departments.

Help temporary workers during onboarding.

Check attendance of temporary workers.

Give workers clear information on hours, breaks, leave requests and any changes to work schedules.

Work Monday to Thursday from 23:00 to 03:00 and 03:30 to 07:30 (4 nights), about 32 hours per week.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree, including a short degree, preferably in humanities, economics or law.
Some experience in a service-delivery organisation.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
Basic English (A2–B1).
Teamwork, problem-solving and customer-orientation skills are an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:
Around EUR 25,102.56 per year under CCNL Commercio, employee category, 4th level, as per company policy.
