ADNOC Offshore is looking for an experienced Senior Technician, Mechanical Maintenance (Rotating-Process) in Offshore Islands, United Arab Emirates.
This senior technician role performs preventive, breakdown and shutdown mechanical maintenance on plant equipment. The work covers rotating and process equipment and supports production, quality and safety requirements on ADNOC Offshore islands.
About the role
The technician works in an offshore environment and handles planned maintenance as well as emergency repairs. The role is a good fit for a senior mechanical maintainer who already works on pumps, compressors, turbines or other rotating and process machinery in oil and gas.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, breakdown and shutdown mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
Maintain rotating and process equipment so production and safety standards are met.
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs to site procedure.
Support shutdown and turnaround work as assigned.
Keep maintenance records, isolations and handovers accurate.
Follow offshore HSE, permit-to-work and competency rules.
Work with supervisors and operations to prioritise jobs that protect production.
Mentor junior technicians where required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Significant mechanical-maintenance experience, including rotating and process equipment.
Ability to work offshore on ADNOC islands.
Strong fault-finding skills and HSE discipline.
Experience with preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
